I had stay here 2 times before COVID and that times my experience was amazing. But this time ( in 2023) I am totally disappointed. Because first of all the behaviour of the staffs. At the time of booking, we told them to give us the rooms in 1st floor and side by side but they don't provide in spot. Hotels have 2 properties, we told them to provide us the old one but they provide the new in which Rooms are very small and in bathroom one cannot move properly. The electric kettle they provided was dirty. We requested them to clean but they didn't clean it. Previous 2 times we felt that we were guests but this time we feel we are customers.

It was wonderful staying at Rama Golden Roots-New Town. Staff's behaviour was good and overall service was faster. Food quality awesome. The location was good and easy to find. Room size(120 Sqr Ft) was the only issue. Overall it was good.
